A11yTrail - Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions
A11yTrail plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
2. Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to your first subscription term.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges (the monthly or annual payments after your first term) are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
4. How to request a refund
Email kelvin.nyadzayo16@gmail.com with your account email and order details, or contact Paddle directly via the receipt they sent you. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.
